Why Ray had chosen such a late Saturday night for his store he couldn't imagine. Had it been insanely popular, he might understand. It could be because he had nothing better to do.

The doorbell tinkled as she walked through. She looked around interestedly and settled her eyes on some books about vampiric rituals. She raised an eyebrow, intrigued.

"Good evening," he said, surprised to see a costumer at 11:30 on a Saturday night. "Can I help you with something?"

"It hasn't come in yet," he replied, being excited about the book himself, "But if you want to leave your number, I can call you when it comes in."

"Okey doke." she said, scrawling her name and number down in the guest book. "Laura O'Connel, 555-0492," she said as she wrote, "I'm not usually around, so just leave a message."
